Worldpay End of Life (EOL) for ACH On Legacy Platform
If you received the following email or letter from Worldpay, then you were identified by Worldpay as processing ACH (checking and saving accounts) on their legacy platform. Please click here for more information.
If you did not received this email or letter then no action is required on your part.
Dear Valued Merchant,
As you may be aware, Worldpay from FIS recently updated your payment processing services.
As part of this transition, your current ACH product will be decommissioned on September 24, 2019. Your credit and debit transaction processing will not change. We have worked with your POS vendor, SalonTouch, to finalize a go forward solution.
Please review the below actions and activities:
Check Commerce will be your new ACH provider moving forward. You must switch to their services in order to continue processing ACH transactions. Up to September 24, 2019, Worldpay will continue processing your existing ACH recurring payments until your new Check Commerce account is set up. We are working with SalonTouch and Check Commerce to help this process run smoothly. You will be contacted by SalonTouch and Check Commerce via email in the coming week with instructions on setting up your new ACH account. Please respond accordingly to all email requests from SalonTouch and Check Commerce. All documentation and uploads must be completed by September 17, 2019.
You will be receiving instructions from SalonTouch on how to upload your current ACH data. Once you complete this process, you will need to email the completed file to Worldpay using this email address: [email protected]. Worldpay will then send that file to Check Commerce to continue your account setup. Once your new ACH account is setup, a welcome email will be sent from Check Commerce with instructions to verify your account information.
Once you accept the Check Commerce Terms and Conditions, you will receive an ACH processing agreement, which must be signed and returned in order for you to process ACH transactions with Check Commerce. On September 24, 2019, you will receive an auto generated email from Check Commerce letting you know your account is now active. Please note that at this point, all ACH transactions must be managed through Check Commerce and not SalonTouch. You will receive instructions and a FAQ page on how to access your Check Commerce portal.
Your old ACH processing will cease functioning on September 24, 2019, so it is imperative that you respond promptly to all communications you receive from Check Commerce and SalonTouch regarding your new ACH account.
