SalonTouch 10 allows you to view detailed information regarding clients such as email addresses, phone numbers, date of last visit and much more. You can even send emails directly to a client within their profile and have automated emails sent to clients after their first visit, purchases or at the end of selected services.

As an added security feature, all client records can be secured using the client's fingerprint, thus keeping their records safe from prying eyes.

Client Information

You can quickly view all the details of a client’s services and packages, credit balances, in house credit limits, purchase point totals, EFT recurring account details, chemical service formulas, detailed logs of all customer activities, release forms and much more. 

Release Forms

Keep detailed records of all your release forms such as Tanning Releases, Parental Consent Forms, Medical Release and more. All existing template forms can be customize to meet your salon's and state's requirements. SalonTouch 10 even keeps track of a forms expiration date and will automatically notify you when it's time to get another release form signed.

 

Account Details

Safely store secured client credit card/checking information for monthly electronic fund transfers (EFT).  You set permissions on who can access, view and/or modify any of the account information.  PCI regulation settings that you control for your business needs.
