Employee Profile

SalonTouch 10 allows you to add new employee profiles with varying levels of security and assign a unique password to each employee. You can also control which activities the employee can perform within the salon, thus helping to prevent theft and fraud.

As an added security feature, all security check points can be configured to use employee's fingerprint, thus keeping records secured.

Employee Schedules, Time Cards, Goals and Tasks

Each employee can quickly view their work schedule, time card, daily goals and tasks that have been assigned.  Employees can also create their own personal task and send requests for specific hours to work or to be off.  The requested hours will appear on the Master Schedule Screen so that whoever creates the work schedule can easily see the requests and then best schedule employees.

Time Card Editor

Employees with the appropriate security access can view employee time cards and the hours an employee has worked. With this security access the employee has the ability to make changes and adjust the hours for each individual employee as well as assign sick, vacation or personal leave of absence notices. 

Business Goals

Employees with the appropriate security access can assign goals and sales targets for each employee to help them maximize salon profits and to help keep employees motivated.
