No more printing documents to get signatures—every PDF is digitally certified with the signer’s public key and a timestamp. This secures the document's integrity and authenticity, making it legally binding. SalonTouch's eSigner is available only on MS Windows computers and tablets.

- If using the SalonTouch Kiosk, customers logging in at the kiosk will be notified of any documents that need to be signed and they can sign them directly on the kiosk.
- When a customer is selected at the front desk in SalonTouch, a notification will appear if there are documents that need to be signed.
- All documents are secured with the signer's public key and time stamp for proof of ownership.
- Once signed and completed, the document cannot be edited. Neither inside nor outside SalonTouch. This helps ensure security and authenticity of the document.
- All eSigned documents are legally binding.
- Documents can be printed and or emailed after they are signed and saved. Configuration option within SalonTouch.
- Documents can be stored in a SalonTouch dB for faster access and retrieval, or stored in a folder on the computer's hard drive.
- The SalonTouch PDF eSigner eliminates the need to print out contracts and forms for signing and record keeping.
